Payment Policy

1. Charges

At OLLO Asia Pacific on behalf of TryBuy Technology (Thailand) Company Limited, we ensure transparency in our pricing and billing processes. The charges for OLLO products will be clearly stated at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges. By confirming your order, you agree to pay the total amount specified at checkout. Any additional charges incurred due to currency conversion or bank fees are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Transfer

Ownership of OLLO products is transferred to the customer upon successful payment and delivery. Until full payment is received, TryBuy Technology (Thailand) Company Limited retains ownership of the products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect delivery information.

3. Refund

We strive to provide the best products and customer experience. If you are not satisfied with your OLLO product, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, unused, sealed and with all original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

  • Process:

    1. Contact our customer service at ollo.th.official@gmail.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

    2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.

    3. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team, clearly marking the RAN on the package.

    4. Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets refund eligibility.

    5. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for defective products or errors on our part. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Dispute

We aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. If you encounter any problems with your order or refund process, please contact our customer service team at ollo.th.official@gmail.com We will work with you to address and resolve any disputes. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, disputes may be escalated to appropriate consumer protection authorities or legal entities in Thailand.
